From the past over tem years ago until present, Railway Hall of Fame is not only used to exhibit rails. At present, it is also used as the Motor Velhicle Hall of Frame "Pera-Prince of Gold Star" and Hall of Frame " Technology Thai" Which exhibit communication, transportation, masscommunication. In the future, its area may be expaned and used to exhibit additional objets under the policy of Railway Hall of Fame which states that: |

:: Prosperous in the Past ::
This building was built by the State Railway of Thailand and used s a repair house for steam locomotives, but is was terminated during the time of General Por Pibulsongkram due to high cost of running steam locomotives especially fire wood cost.
With beautiful architecture and high strength concrete and steel structure similar to European trains, it was then transformed from a repair house to be the Railway Museum for Keeping Royal Rails and other locomotive head which were significant to Thailand. However, it was not opened for public.
